Emergency Service

The BHA Company is  available for emergency service 24 hours a day seven days a week.  We have three operators standing by to take  your call.  Assistance is just a phone  call away. 

  • Qualified Personnel
        All work will be scheduled with qualified personnel as needed to fit the customer's schedule and project deadlines.
  • Payment
      The terms of payment  will be determined by the scope and time needed to complete the job.  Full payment for the job is due upon the  completion of the work, unless other agreements have been negotiated.  We accept most major credit cards.

Scheduled  Appointments

In today's hectic world,  being able to schedule appointments for a specific hour and day is just another  example of BHA's commitment to service.  Scheduled  appointments can be made by calling the office at (410) 486-7171 Monday -  Friday, 7:30am to 4pm.  All after-hours  emergency calls will be answered by an appropriate service technician, and will  be dispatched in a timely manner.

Preventative Maintenance & Service Plans

Service Plans are a hallmark of BHA.  Based on your equipment requirements we perform preventative maintenance servicings and tune-ups to insure that your heating and cooling systems are operating to the best of their energy efficiency.  The appointments are scheduled around you, and insure your family's comfort and give you added piece of mind.

Energy Audits

When BHA  provides service they bring a lot more than just a qualified plumber.  They bring a team that will work with you to  minimize your energy bill.  We do this by  performing an energy audit and developing a strategy with you, to work within your  budget and save you money.

Tax Incentives & Rebates

Under the New  Stimulus Package there are a number of incentives that provide up to 30%  Federal Tax Incentives.  There may also  be Incentives from the State, BG&E, and the equipment manufacturers.  Its our job to understand and keep up to date  on all these programs, and advise you of your options.  Our goal is to provide you with the best  return on your investment, and help you minimize your energy  expense.  This common sense approach is  good for you, good for our community, and good for the country.

The Bibb/Henry  Albert Company traces its origins to The Bibb Stove Company founded in 1851. At  the turn of the last century it was manufacturing coal furnaces for central heating.  Baltimore City had a central steam plant and many buildings and residences were steam heated.
